Disclosure

  • These sessions work best when you are undisturbed and comfortable.
  • Do not listen to them while driving or if you are engaged in any activity that requires your attention.
  • A comfortable chair or couch will work.
  • Make sure your that you will not be disturbed for about a 30-minute period
  • You can also listen at bedtime especially to the Sleep Deep session, which will guide you into a peaceful sleep at the end, making it ideal for night-time use.
  • Other great times to listen are in the morning when you wake up or in the evening when you get home from work.
  • Most sessions have a wake up ending and will gently bring you back to full waking consciousness at the end.
  • The experience of hypnosis is different for everyone.
  • The depth of the trance has no effects on your results.
  • All hypnosis is a heightened state of focus.
  • The results are not tied to “going under”, but instead tied to the focusing.
  • You can listen daily to the sessions and it will improve your receptivity.
