Feeling Overwhelmed?

Are you a CARE WORKER? Or someone feeling deep anxiety from this pandemic?

As a tribute, especially to the Care Workers working on the front-lines during COVID-19, I am offering this free session to help those dealing with stress, fear, and/or anxiety. I hope it will help release your daily stresses, bring calm back to your soul, and give you the energy you need to sustain during these difficult times.

Disclaimer: 

  • You can listen daily to the sessions and it will improve your receptivity.
  • This session works best when you are undisturbed and comfortable.
  • Do not listen to it while driving or if you are engaged in any activity that requires your attention.
  • A comfortable chair or couch will work.
  • Make sure your that you will not be disturbed for about a 40-minute period.
  • You can also listen at bedtime, which will guide you into a peaceful sleep at the end, making it ideal for night-time use.
  • Other great times to listen are in the morning when you wake up or in the evening when you get home from work.
  • Most sessions have a wake up ending and will gently bring you back to full waking consciousness at the end.
  • The experience of hypnosis is different for everyone.
  • The depth of the trance has no effects on your results.
  • All hypnosis is a heightened state of focus.
  • The results are not tied to “going under”, but instead tied to the focusing.
